Rachael Shelly is a tattoo artist living and working in Philadelphia, PA. With ties to Hawaii and Texas, she settled down in her hometown of Philadelphia where she also attended the University of the Arts for Illustration. She currently works at Forever Valentine in South Philly.
While not at work, rachael loves traveling, eating cheeseboards with her best friends, and spending time with her husband and their pets - bud, priscilla, and junie
